		<description><![CDATA[Yeah, it seems like the last couple of years we&#039;ve been in this bubble.  I looked at a book on severe weather and was surprised that central Oklahoma is supposed to get more tornadoes than any other metropolitan area.  That USED to be the case but I&#039;m not sure the last couple of years that has not changed.  West, west central Texas and Kansas seem to get that kind of weather now.  Does anyone up there know if that has something to do with the climate change?  (la or el nino?)]]></description>
