We’re keeping an eye on a developing storm system from late Sunday through Tuesday. It doesn’t look to be a very cold airmass in place, and moisture may be somewhat limited. That being said, it looks like a light mix of rain and snow is possible. Perhaps for OKC, light snow in the mornings of Monday and Tuesday and light rain in the afternoons.

Light? Have you seen the HWO from the National Weather Service? Am I misreading this? They are forcasting the possibility of heavy snow, maybe over 4 inches. Now I know this is just a possibility but considering every other news station and the national weather service is preparing people for what may come, shouldn’t you at least mention it? Now please dont get me wrong, I dont mean to be so harsh but I am a little frustrated at the blog. Isn’t the whole point of a blog to be more updated than any other way of getting information? We are weather nuts!!! We crave information, especially when there may be a winter storm on the horizon. I dont know about everyone else but I am just like Rick, I pour over the data all day long and get a smile on my face when the latest forcast discussion comes out from the NWS.
So please, help me understand, why should I continue to click on your blog when all I have come to expect is information that I can get when I watch you on TV. Setup a camera when you come in and start pouring over the data, talk to us, share. You are the experts and we love it. Hardcore weather is awesome!!! But Rick is only one man, I know I would love to hear each one of you do a harcore weather spot.
Again, please accept my apologies if this has offended anybody but I feel like News 5 is the best in our market!! You are not actors, you are real meteorologists.
