And September Was….

Bland if you ask me… that is, if we’re going by the following stats:

According to NCDC, Oklahoma had it’s 26th warmest September on record. Actually, if you look at the above map, most of America, with the exception of The Northern Plains, experienced above normal temperatures. Here in Oklahoma City, for the month, our temperature was 2.8 degrees above normal. As for rain, nothing too exciting to report here..

Near normal rainfall for us here in Oklahoma where our average monthly rainfall was about 4 tenths of an inch (.40) below normal. However, Wyoming was a completely different story. The driest September on record. That’s not good, let’s hope that we can see some changes to that stat in the next couple months, or else my ski trip to Jackson may be changing…
