Another White Christmas?

Our next storm system has been a news talker! (Type in California,Arizona, Colorado snow into any search engine and you’ll see). Anyways, so with this storm system moving into The Southern Plains late Thursday into Friday, who could technically see a White Christmas for 2 years in a row?

Well, if we’re going off of what the models think, then it appears that there is a possibility now that we could see some snow. One particular model, the NAM model is showing some colder air moving in on the backside of the system, as well as some moisture. So, what does this mean for Oklahoma City? It means that there is a chance we could see some snow stick around into Christmas Eve. Right now, the NAM model is squeezing out only about a tenth of an inch, but that could translate to a good dusting 9or maybe more). We’ll continue to watch this very closely…
