Tornadoes So Far..

It’s been a wild year so far with tornadoes in The United States. If you’re keeping track, then after a slow Jauary, it looks like things have picked up some. Both February and March will go down as seeing more tornadoes than average compared to the last 3 years.

So, how did this past March compare to last year? If you recall, March was very quiet last year with only 33 tornado reports (compared to the 110 we had this past March) and so was February of last year when we only had 1 tornado report (compared to the 67 we had this past February).

So, what can we take from all of this? It seems pretty obvious, and that is the fact that the tornado season is already off the ground and running and with the peak of it rolling in as we speak… get ready, it’s going to be a wild spring!
