Tornado Tracks from Space

By now we’re all aware of the massive tornado outbreak that ripped through the southeast lastweek. And while many have seen images from the ground, check out the image above. Taken from 426 miles above the earth. The amazing thing is that we’re actually able to see the tornado paths from space ( the more destructive tornadoes that is).

Had this happened over Oklahoma, then the tornado paths may not have been as easy to pick out, but thanks to the tall trees that were knocked down and the green vegetation across the south that turned to brown, it made viewing these storm paths easy to find.
