Gettin’ Low

You think our lower 20s this morning was cold? Check out Kenton, Oklahoma where the morning low temperature was -6 degrees. The -6 degree low temperature also ties for the lowest temperature ever records on December 6th in Oklahoma with records dating all the way to the late 1800s. But, is it the coldest? No, not even close. The same mesonet site, Kenton, recorded a low of -15 on November 28th, 1976. Think you can tell the difference between -6 and -15?
